With over a decade of experience, Jack knows how to practically apply exercise science theory to create real-world results. After moving from Scotland to Australia in 2014, Jack has worked in various health clubs across Australia & New Zealand, supporting a variety of clients from all walks of life — from complete fitness beginners to experienced athletes.
He is passionate about stripping away the guesswork and providing a clear and simple structure to help his clients achieve success.
